Factory International are seeking experienced professionals to act as Freelance Artist Liaison for MIF25.

Providing hands-on, on-the-ground support for an international art project. You will be the key link between artists and the Festival, ensuring their time in Manchester is seamless and enjoyable.

Dates: Selected dates between 16th June – 6th July 2025
Location: Manchester
Contract type: Freelance

We match people to projects that fit their skills and experience, which means your start date, compensation and contract length will depend on the project you work on. We will contact you when we have a project that we feel is a good match for you and inform you of the project’s timescale, compensation and other details.

About You
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience;

• Fluent in English, plus at least one of: Italian, Spanish, or Japanese
• Proven experience working directly with high-profile individuals
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, calm, and approachable under pressure
• Availability on selected dates between 16th June – 6th July 2025

About the role
Freelance Artist Liaison roles will include;

• Working closely with the producer and wider team to prepare all artist liaison requirements in advance of artist arrivals
• Providing on-the-ground support during artist arrivals, rehearsals, and live event days
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of commitments
• Adhering to budgets and thorough reconciliation
• Assisting with artist accreditation
