About Us
Superserve Manchester Ltd are a collective of industry insiders who combined have worked on a variety of large scales projects across the UK to help the client deliver their F&B operational objectives. This includes running bars in festivals such as The Garden Party and Mint Festival, setting up and being responsible for F&B delivery in venues including YES in Manchester, The Merchant Liverpool and The Moth Club in London and delivering first class gastronomy experiences in venues up and down the country.
With the biggest project to date on the horizon, Superserve are now recruiting for a experienced Chef de partie to help with the launch of the F&B within Factory International and the day to day running of what is set to be one of Europe’s biggest venue openings this year.
This world-class cultural venue in the heart Manchester will present bold new work by the world’s most exciting artists – from music gigs to major exhibitions, original theatre to daring new dance, all incorporating the latest in digital technologies.
The Role
Superserve is a vibrant, multi faceted new hospitality venture which will be based out of Factory International and we're looking for an experienced Chef de partie to join our team.
As the Chef de partie, you will be responsible for day to day production of the food offering within the venue and make sure is made to the highest standards, training the junior staff, maintain and follow the hygiene guidance. The candidate must be confident in food preparation and cooking for restaurant capacity or large scale events and be comfortable following orders from seniors staff and guide the junior staff to follow accordingly when business require.
You with the help of the senior team need to be able to deliver for the day-to-day operation of the venue and assist on achieving KPI's with the Head chef and Sous chef.
Responsibilities
- Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant’s opening
- Make sure the right preparation has been done for the daily function sheet
- Cooking meals base to the kitchen specs
- Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods
- Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes
- Cleaning and sanitising all areas within the kitchens responsibility
- Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
- Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment
- Follow guidance from senior staff.

- Experience in volume kitchen preparation
